NEW YORK, May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- New Yorkers love the Mets and now,
with the new "Citibank Amazin' Package" promotion that offers Mets-branded
premiums for opening a new Citibank checking account, they have a new way to
show it. Fans in the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut tri-state area who
participate in the promotion will receive a free initial order of Mets-branded
checks, a Mets baseball cap and a Mets pen to show support of their favorite
team, as well as up to a $100 account opening bonus. There will also be events
for Mets fans at branches throughout the season. The promotion launches on May
1 and runs through August 31.

In addition, Citibank will offer giveaways during select Mets home games May 7
- August 22 and at Penn Station, Grand Central Station and Port Authority May
11 - July 28.

The Citibank Amazin' Package Promotion is available for customers who open a
