Terms:

Cash Bonus: Accounts receiving a direct deposit prior
to 12/31/07 are not eligible for cash bonus. Cash bonus
payments will be made within 6 to 8 weeks of receiving
the first qualified direct deposit. A qualified direct deposit
is defined as a recurring direct deposit of $100 or more
per month of a paycheck, Social Security, pension or other
regular monthly income electronically deposited to a
Regular Checking account. Members with a Regular
Checking account prior to 12/31/07 are not eligible for
the cash bonus for a new checking account. Effective
1/1/08, the Regular Checking account Annual Percentage
Yield is 0.25% and is subject to change. Eligibility
requirements for a checking account must be met to
qualify for cash bonus; checking account must be in good
standing to receive cash bonus. Members are not eligible
for more than one incentive to set up direct deposit or
open a checking account. Cash bonus is subject to taxation.
Offer will end 12/31/08; may be withdrawn at any time.
