Enrollment for this promotion is valid between August 1 and October 1, 2010. Utility categories include electric, water/sewage, trash service and gas. Chase doesn't charge a fee for the convenience of bill payment and most service providers offer this option for free as well. Contact your service providers directly to confirm that they accept payments by debit card and to determine if they charge a fee. Consult your local utility provider to verify acceptance.
