Terms:

Promotion period is October 1 through December 31, 2010. Minimum opening deposit for checking is $25.00.

New Checking Accounts. When you open a brand new checking account between October 1 and December 31, 2010, you will be eligible to receive up to $200 cash. Sign up for AFFCU’s free Debit Card during the promotional period and receive $50. Existing checking accounts do not qualify. Set up a brand new direct deposit of your recurring check ($100 minimum) during the promotional period and receive $100 deposited into your checking account after statement verification. Transfers from other accounts at AFFCU do not qualify. Sign up for and utilize AFFCU’s bill pay service during the promotional period and receive $50 deposited into your checking account after statement verification. Bill payments of AFFCU loans do not qualify, and bill payments must be for an entire bill or the required minimum payment (nothing less). Maximum of $200 per person and account.

Checking account, direct deposit and bill pay must remain open for a minimum of six months or the incentives will be debited from your account. All promotional incentives will be considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT.
