Offer only available on new Statement Savings accounts opened between Dec. 21, 2009 and Feb. 26, 2010 with new money not currently on deposit with us. Qualifying accounts must have a minimum balance of $200 as of end of business on June 1, 2010 to receive the bonus. The $50 bonus will be directly deposited into the Statement Savings on or before June 30, 2010.

The $50 Savings Resolution offer is available on new Statement Savings accounts opened between December 21, 2009 and February 26, 2010. Minimum deposit to open a Statement Savings account is $50 and new account must be funded within 10 days of account opening. New Statement Savings account holders must set up an automatic transfer or external transfer using Citizens or F&M Online Banking or direct deposit of not less than $50 and have the first transfer or direct deposit credited to the account and reflected in the balance no later than March 31, 2010. At least one single, monthly automatic transfer, external transfer or direct deposit of not less than $50 must be credited to the account during each of the three consecutive months between March 1 and May 31, 2010 with no interruption. A Savings Resolution Agreement must also be completed, signed and submitted to a Citizens Banker at account opening. Qualifying accounts must have a minimum balance of $200 as of end of business on June 1, 2010 to receive the bonus. Transfers from any existing Citizens Bank and/or F&M Bank savings, money market or certificate of deposit accounts, including interest payments, are excluded. Accounts must be open and in good standing at the time the bonus is paid. Accounts that meet all of the above requirements are eligible to receive a $50 bonus. Statement Savings account must remain open for a minimum of six months after opening or the bonus will be debited from the account at closing. The $50 bonus will be deposited directly into the Statement Savings on or before June 30, 2010. Offer is limited to $50 per account and one account per person. The monies will be reported as interest on IRS form 1099-INT. Account holder is responsible for any applicable taxes. Requests to research qualifications must be received in writing by August 30, 2010. Offer not available to any individual or household having opened or held a Citizens Bank and/or F&M bank savings account, including Statement Savings, Accelerated Savings®, Accelerated Savings® Plus or High Yield Savings, in the previous 12 months. Offer not available to businesses and organizations and may not be combined with any other Bank offers. Offer not available to employees and immediate family members of Citizens Bank or F&M Bank.
