Terms:

The $50 Savings Resolution offer is available on new Statement Savings accounts opened between Jan. 5, 2009, and Feb. 27, 2009. Minimum deposit to open a Statement Savings account is $50. New Statement Savings account holders must set up and receive an automatic transfer, external transfer or direct deposit within 30 days of account opening, no later than March 31, 2009. A minimum monthly automatic transfer or direct deposit of $50 must occur for three consecutive months between February and May 2009, depending on date of account opening. A Savings Resolution Agreement must be completed and submitted to a Citizens Banker at account opening*. Accounts that meet all of the above requirements will receive a $50 bonus. The $50 bonus will be deposited directly into the Statement Savings account by June 30, 2009. Account must be open and have a minimum balance of $200 as of May 31, 2009, to receive the bonus. Offer is limited to $50 per account and one account per person. The monies will be reported as interest on IRS form 1099-INT. Account holder is responsible for any applicable taxes. Offer not available to businesses and organizations, may not be combined with any other bank offers, and can be withdrawn at any time.

* Accounts opened online do not need to submit a Savings Resolution Agreement to be eligible for the $50 Savings Resolution offer.
