By registering for this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Open to TD Bank Visa Consumer and Business Debit card cardholders who register their TD Bank Visa Consumer or Business Debit card at www.tdbank.com/debitdeals (“Eligible Cardholders”). TD Bank Visa Consumer and Business Debit cards in good standing are referred to herein as “Eligible Cards.” Cardholders may register an Eligible Card between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 17, 2010 and 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 7, 2010 (the “Offer Period”).

An Eligible Cardholder will receive a $10 TD Bank Gift Card for every $100 spent on groceries using an Eligible Card at grocery stores during the Offer Period. Only signature-based purchases made after the Eligible Card is registered will be counted. Grocery purchase amount will be calculated based on total grocery purchases during the Offer Period, including tax, and will not be calculated until the conclusion of the Offer Period. Purchases must be made at a merchant in the United States that is classified with Visa as a grocery store and is not affiliated with superstores, warehouse clubs or discount stores that may sell groceries. Purchases made at such superstores, warehouse clubs or discount stores are not eligible. Your purchases must be posted to your account within the Offer Period to qualify. Online purchases will not be eligible unless the merchant has correctly identified the transactions as a grocery store transaction. Neither Visa nor TD Bank determines whether merchants correctly identify a transaction and transactions are billed as being made in a particular category designated by the merchant. TD Bank does, however, reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for this offer, regardless of whether a merchant has identified a transaction as a grocery store transaction. TD Bank’s decisions will be final and binding on all matters relating to this offer. Cards or card numbers that are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for this offer and purchases made with such cards or card numbers are void. The following transactions are excluded from this offer: non-U.S.-dollar purchases and purchases authorized by entering a personal identification number (PIN). Only signature-based purchases made with a debit card issued by TD Bank that is not in default under the customer agreement for that account and that are processed through Visa U.S.A. Inc.’s transaction-processing system during the Offer Period are eligible for this offer.

The $10 TD Bank Gift Card will be mailed to the address associated with the Eligible Cardholder’s account. Allow up to 6 weeks from conclusion of Offer Period for TD Bank Gift Card to arrive. Limit 5 ($10) TD Bank Gift Cards per eligible card during the offer period. Taxes are the responsibility of reward recipients.
