Eligibilities to receive the $50: Customers who open the UASP and Signature Checking account package cannot currently own any UCB personal Checking, Savings or Money Market account and must fulfill one of the services below no later than November 30, 2009: 1) set up direct deposit, or 2) have 5 check card POS transactions with total amount of $100, or 3) complete 2 online bill payments to 2 different payees, or 4) 2 ACH debits to 2 different entities. Generally, the $50 will be credited to your Signature Checking account within 30 days after qualifying for this offer. We may report to IRS the value of any incentive or other premium, and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The $50 cash bonus will be deducted from the account if either the Signature Checking account or the UASP (or both accounts) is closed or reclassified to another account types before the term ends. Prior to the expiration of the account term, and depending on the account type the customer initially opens, the term will be 12 months, 24 months, 36 months or 60 months.
