1 20,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles will appear as a bonus in your AAdvantage® account 8-10 weeks after purchases totaling $250 or more post to your account. This offer is only valid for new CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® MasterCard® accounts applied for by December 31, 2007 through this offer, and excludes any other CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® credit cards offered.

2 As of May 11, 2007, the variable APR for purchases is 18.24%. The variable APR for cash advances is 23.24%. If you default under any Card Agreement that you have with us, we may automatically increase to the variable Default APR which equals 32.24%. The annual fee for the CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® MasterCard® is $0 for the first 12 months and $75 thereafter. Minimum finance charge: 50 cents. Foreign Purchase Transaction Fee: 3% of purchase amount after its conversion into U.S. dollars. Transaction Fee for Cash Advances: 3% of the amount of each cash advance, $5 minimum. Transaction Fee for Balance Transfers: 3% of the amount of each balance transfer, minimum $5, maximum $50 for the CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® MasterCard®.

3 Doubling of earned AAdvantage® miles applies to purchases made with your CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® MasterCard® when you buy airline tickets directly through American Airlines, AmericanAirlines Vacations℠ packages, Admirals Club® memberships or upgrades for American Airlines flights.

4 The maximum number of AAdvantage® miles you can earn per calendar year (purchases recorded on your January - December billing statements) is 150,000 AAdvantage® miles with the CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® MasterCard®. AAdvantage Executive Platinum® members, AAdvantage Platinum® members and AAdvantage Gold® members are excluded from this limit. AAdvantage® miles are earned on all purchases except returned goods and services, cash advances, convenience checks, transferred balances, credits, fees and finance charges.

5 American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnection® carriers do not have restricted dates for award travel. Seats for award travel are limited, and may not be available on all flights. Flight awards are subject to AAdvantage® program rules and restrictions.

Redemption of Reduced Mileage Awards applies to only bookings made by phone through American Airlines reservations or through airport or city ticket offices. All such award travel is subject to an additional payment of $15. The above amount does not apply to AAdvantage Executive Platinum® members and AAirpass® customers. All such additional amounts are subject to change.
