More Terms:

† Introductory rate of 0.0% for 6 months from date of cardmembership on balance transfers. After the promotional period ends, the standard variable purchase APR will be applied to any unpaid balance transfer balances. As of September 23, 2005, the standard variable purchase APR is 12.74%. The standard variable cash advance APR is 21.74%. However, all your APRs may automatically increase up to the % variable default rate if you default under any Card Agreement that you have with us. We may also increase the promotional rate if you fail to make payments to another creditor when due. Min. finance charge is $0.50. The transaction fee for foreign purchases is 3% of purchase amount after its conversion to U.S. dollars. The transaction fee for cash advances is 3% of the amount of each cash advance, $5 minimum. The transaction fee for balance transfers is 3% of the amount of each balance transfer, $5 minimum, $75 maximum. However, there is no balance transfer transaction fee on balances you transfer in response to this offer. The annual membership fee is $20, however, the annual fee is waived in the first year. Thereafter, the annual fee will be waived if 9 or more Shell gasoline purchases were made with the card in the prior year.

* The $20 rebate credit is for new cardmembers who are approved for this Shell MasterCard offer. The $20 rebate credit will be shown on the first billing statement you receive after you make the first purchase on your account. The rebate will thereafter be applied as a credit toward future Shell gasoline purchases made with your card.

** Shell MasterCard Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

The Shell MasterCard Rebate Program is a program of Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. ("we" or "us"). Rebates are earned by making purchases with your Shell MasterCard. You earn rebates of five percent (5%) on purchases of Shell gasoline (excluding diesel and aviation fuel) at Shell locations within the United States ("Shell Purchases") and on your total daily purchases up to $100.00 at participating Jiffy Lube locations within the United States. You earn rebates of one percent (1%) on all other purchases of goods and/or services made with your Shell MasterCard. Rebates are earned only on purchases made primarily for personal, family or household purposes. All rebates earned will be reflected on your billing statement and will be automatically redeemed by applying the rebates as a credit against Shell Purchases made in subsequent billing cycles. Your Shell Purchases will be listed separately from all other transactions on your billing statement, and the rebate amount that is credited against those purchases will be reflected on your billing statement. Purchases returned for credit do not earn a rebate and your balance will be adjusted (including rebates already redeemed) in the event that the purchase is returned or a credit adjustment is otherwise issued. Your account must remain open and not be in default under any Card Agreement in order to earn and redeem rebates. Rebates are not earned on cash advances, balance transfers, fees, finance charges or other ancillary fees. Rebates are redeemed in the order they are earned. Any rebates not redeemed within twelve monthly billing cycles after the billing cycle in which they are earned will expire. All unused rebates expire upon termination of your Shell MasterCard account, whether terminated by you or us. Rebates are not considered your property and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or bartered in any way. Rebates are not redeemable in cash and do not create a credit balance on your account. Rebates cannot be used to make payments on your account. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate or otherwise change the terms of the Shell MasterCard Rebate Program at any time with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures relating to the Shell MasterCard Rebate Program and all such determinations by us shall be final and conclusive in any case. The Shell MasterCard Rebate Program and/or any of its individual elements are void where prohibited by federal, state or local law. We may take appropriate administrative or legal action, including the cancellation of your account, in the event of any fraud or abuse in connection with the Shell MasterCard Rebate Program. We are not responsible for disputes relating to rebates between joint account holders and/or authorized users. You are solely responsible for making any determinations regarding the tax consequences of any rebates you receive pursuant to the Shell MasterCard Rebate Program.
