This offer is only available with the Citi Professional Card. One offer per cardmember. Offer only available for first-time Citi Professional cardmembers. To receive this Offer, you must (1) be approved for a Citi Professional Card and (2) spend at least $500 on purchases within the first 3 months of cardmembership. Qualifying purchases do not include balance transfers or cash advances. The Apple iPod® shuffle will be shipped to you no later than 90 days from the end of the statement period in which the purchase requirement is met. If your Professional Card account is in default under your Card Agreement at the time of redemption, you will not be eligible to receive the iPod Shuffle. Offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. If a sufficient number of iPod shuffles are not available to it, Citibank reserves the right to satisfy its obligation under this Offer by providing an alternative $100 value to the cardmember.

After the promotional offer ends, your standard purchase APR will be applied to any unpaid balance transfer amounts. As of April 1, 2005, the standard variable purchase APR is 11.74% and the standard variable cash advance APR is 20.74%. However, all your APRs may automatically increase to a 29.74% variable default rate if you default under any Card Agreement that you have with us. Minimum finance charge $0.50. Balance transfer fee: 3.00% of amount of each balance transfer, $5.00 minimum, $50 maximum, but waived with this offer. Cash advance transaction fee: 3.00% of the amount of each transfer, minimum $5.00. Finance charges will be assessed from the date balance transfer posts to your account.
